Red punch with blueberry ice cream or blue punch with strawberry ice cream, we did that for my cousins wedding and it was a blast. You put it out when the reception starts. The best thing to do is make the punch semi-frozen (slush like) then scoops (ball like)"size of a tennis ball" of ice cream into the punch and the best thing is that it's non-alcoholic drink but it can be.

Congrats on the wedding.|||6 oz. pkg. jello (any flavor, depending on color desired)

1 1/4 cups sugar

3 1/2 cups boiling water

12 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate

46 oz. pineapple juice

6 cups cold water

2 large (2 liter) bottles 7-up

Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water. Stir in lemonade, pineapple juice and cold water. Put in empty ice cream pail or bowl and freeze. Remove from freezer 5 to 6 hours ahead of serving time. To serve, break up slush and add 7-up. Punch will be slushy. This works great for weddings, etc, as you can determine color of punch by the flavor of the jello. Makes 50 five-ounce servings.|||1 part guava juice

1/2 lime, juiced

1/2 orange, juiced

1 teaspoon sugar

Dash grenadine

Slice mango

Maraschino cherry

Mix it all together!!!!

This is a Sandra Lee drink... she makes a punch or drink on every show. So I would say go look at the different shows until you find one you like. If she makes one with alcohol she will normally suggest a way to make it non-alcoholic! They are all really good... and she'll show you a pretty way to serve it! She did a wedding show once that you might be able to get some ideas from too!

Good luck!

YOu could do this one with a sparkleing cider or something... it would be very good!!

You get the cans of Hawaiian Punch %26amp; pineapple juice (the large ready to drink ones - if you can't find these, just combine equal amounts of the punch, the juice %26amp; then just enough of which ever soda you choose to give it a fizziness (you don't want the soda taste to overpower the rest).

For an added decor - use a bundt cake pan to make a decorative ice ring to float in the punch.

Fill the pan about 1/4 full %26amp; let freeze til very (!!) slushy (almost solid). Then place some red fruits (cherries, strawberries, raspberries) and some blueberries at random or in any desired pattern, sort of punch them into the 1st layer of ice/slush (so they don't float when you add the next layer of H2O), add cold(!!) water over the fruit %26amp; freeze until solid.
