I was playing with my cousin's punching bag and he told me I wasn't putting my whole weight or something like that into the movement, so he showed me how to apply a lot of force into my punch. When I did this new punch, it exerted way more force than a sloppy street-fighting punch.
But I already forgot what he said and I reverted back to my old street-fighting punch stance. How do you exert maximum energy into a punch?
Thank you!|||like they said. just put weight in to it and extend your arm all the way out and straight so you can see straight down you arm|||idk, but i would say use your whole body, legs, and whatnot.
but the big part is, following through. don't just stop once you hit it, hit it like you can go through it XD
make a fist, but keep your thumbs accross your fingers, and not on top where your fist would make contact with the punching bag. we don't want any broken fingers.
make a thumbs up, and just fold your thumb down. but dont put it inside your fingers. bad. no no. lol (:
-Stephanie|||well there really isnt a corret way but normaly you put your hand like this O O the O are you fist and hit one hand after another i hope this helps|||Pull fist and weight back, then put weight, and fist forward, while rotating your fist. and then you should have a great hit.
