How can you tell the pounds of pressure in your punch?

I've recently become interested in kickboxing. I want to find out the amount of pressure I can pack in a punch. How would I do this?|||It's actually pretty simple, all you need is a camcorder, tree, some duct tape and a weight scale.

Step 1 - Duct tape scale to tree.

Step 2 - Roll camcorder.

Step 3 - Punch scale as hard as you can, really put your hips into it.

Step 4 - Review recording in slow-motion. Take note of where the scales lbs. readout tops out at. This should give you a pretty accurate reading of the power or your punch in pounds of pressure.

Step 5 - Go brag to your friends.|||Punch on a digital weighing scale then look at the value you see. Convert to lbs if it is in kgs.|||see if u can break a pineapple off of someones head ,

if u can id say your at 50 newtons,

try a pumpkin next.|||call around to gyms they may know what type of a computer you need to do it and check on line
