If you are at home, plus the other kids parents are also there and say it's OK, you can serve them alcohol in the house.
If the other parents are not there, then you can not serve their kids alcohol.
If you are outside the home you can't serve them alcohol no matter what other parents say.
As for what to put in it, wine, fruit juice, fruit
