How come when you feel threatened you can punch like 10 times as hard?

Also can you make yourself feel threatened so you can punch hard all of the time?|||because of ur adrenaline rush.

This activation is initiated when the brain perceives a high stress event, which is often associated with imminent physical danger.





there is no way to make ur brain feel threaded, unless it is REAL danger. unless something really bad is about to happen, u CAN NOT induce the brain into thinking that.|||Its all due to Adrenaline which increases bloodflow and heartrate. Both of these make how hard your punch is as well as how long you have been exercising for before you punch.
