How would I go about putting up a punch bag?

I know everyone is going to reccomend me DIY tips but I want to know what profession would I be contacting to get a heavy punch bag up on to my garage ceiling? I won't be able to do it myself so please no suggestions for DIY.|||Ask a couple neighbors for help some Saturday morning. Not a big deal.My God, where are you located, I'll come and help.
