My problem is that I can punch pretty hard with my right, but punching with my left jams my wrist. In other words, I can't practice to make perfect because i can only get a couple hits in before my wrist is down for the count.|||I had the same problem when I first started. Make sure your wrapping your hands well, then get to a bag and work on form. You dont have to hit the bag hard at first, just get the motion right. Try four soft one hard. Remember your hands werent meant for clubs, its going to take some time training them into it.
Once you get the form down right the power will come with conditioning|||You shouldn't punch so hard with the left at first. Start off easy, to make sure that the technique is correct. Go slow the first couple times and check if your wrist is straight and that you are hitting with the correct knuckles. After you know that everything is good, speed it up a bit ad add a little more power, and continue to do this until you are able to punch full force and full speed with the left.|||Upload videos of yourself playing to a great new website:
