What do i have to do inorder to punch haymakers and over come fear?

how do i train myself and my body to punch haymakers, and how do i overcome my fear in boxing, but i dont get scared easily but if they are bigger than me i get a lil bit shaky,so what do i do?|||The way to increase your punching power is, first of all, to be in shape. Work on your cardiovascular routines: run, jog, walk, swim, bike, jump rope (which will also increase your reflexes.) Then work the heavy bag to add to your power, and finally progress to sparring. All this should be under the direction of an experienced coach/trainer. As to the fear, you will never get rid of it. It is actually good as it increases your adrenaline level, which sharpens you to react. You just need to direct and control that adrenaline charge, and, once again, your coach can help you with this.|||Wrong! To throw a powerful blow, you need to learn to how to shift your weight when punching. Balance, leverage and coordination is what is needed. Throwing a hard punch is technique and nature, training just conditions your body for endurance.

|||Start slow, maybe with the Special Olympics. Then work your way up to hitting women. After a few of these matches, box somebody your own size, get whooped, and go back to needlepoint.|||accept your fear. fear is good. instead of developing a stronger "haymaker" develop you mind so you are smart and clever enough to stay far away from the situation that may lead to "boxing." boxing is just a prelude to knives and guns. utltimately, the smallest and weakest boy in the crowd could kill the toughest boxer with a razor or a gun.

knowing that should tell you that just being there is stupid.|||just remember they are people just like anyone else if they get hit they feel pain just like you i suggest you watch some juan diaz fights he throws haymakers but blocks himself decent|||Grow some balls?|||There's been quite a few "haymaker" questions lately. That isn't the first punch you want to learn.|||Read all you want on the internet, ask questions all you want, and none of that will help you. Join a martial arts club and PRACTICE getting hit and hitting back. Then you'll be fine.
