How much do i need to spend on a desent punch bag?

I bought a punch bag within 3 punches it split what size and weight should i buy. and were from?|||60 bucks was mines ...








www.amazon.com|||you can look online or in most sport shops, i would get a strong Leather bag. from the floor to your belly button or to your waist line as when it is hanging you can properly use the bottom and top of the bag.





lonsdale excellent bags and you can get a really good one for about 80-100english earth pounds.





but make sure it is a strong real leather as most rip and just disintegrate as you have witnessed first hand.

When I was like ... 5 or something. I had this blow up punch bag. It was very good and very strong.


It broke because my friends mums husband sat on it.


But somewhere like amazon might do it.|||There's plenty of virtual punchbags on here don't waste ya money!
